About The Position

As the Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will architect and own customer journey experiences and conversion. From the moment a user captures their first scan to when they expand into enterprise licenses, you’ll design the journeys and experiences that drive measurable business growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build fullstack lifecycle marketing from the ground up, combining first-principles thinking, experimentation, and cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate adoption and break into new markets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within B2B.
  • Proven ability to drive lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple channels (email, in-app, push, SMS, paid, and web), creating integrated campaigns that engage users throughout the customer journey.
  • Demonstrated success in designing customer journeys that materially increase conversions and revenue.
  • Deep fluency with AI-powered marketing workflows, including content generation, testing, and insights.
  • First-principles thinker who challenges assumptions and develops unconventional solutions.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across marketing, product, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the customer journey: Map each stage, identify friction points, and design experiments to accelerate conversion.
  • Own and scale channels: Lead email, in-product, and push; test emerging channels.
  • Segment intelligently: Build ICP-based segmentation and personas.
  • Experiment relentlessly: Develop and run hypothesis-driven roadmaps, measuring results against revenue.
  • Innovate: Go beyond the playbook, bring new ideas in AI workflows, creative personalization, and global localization.
