We are looking for a Lifecycle/Email Operations Marketing Associate to be responsible for managing our brands’ email marketing campaigns, CRM strategy and automation processes, ensuring that all email communications are executed smoothly and effectively. This role plays a crucial part in driving customer engagement, regulatory compliance and retention, supporting both the Marketing and Inside Sales Teams. This role requires understanding of CRM best practices, email marketing strategies, and a passion for delivering data-driven solutions to enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled user of HubSpot who will be responsible for leveraging HubSpot’s tools to improve customer engagement, streamline workflows, and drive measurable results. This is a remote position.
