As a Lifespan Clinician Two with Access Services, you will be gaining supervised fieldwork hours to meet clinical requirements while delivering behavior support services across child, adolescent, and adult populations. This role allows you to provide clinical direction for the implementation of services, develop and revise Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP), and oversee their implementation with clients, families, and treatment teams. You will engage with clients to conduct thorough assessments, prepare clinical documentation, design treatment plans, and maintain regular contact with families to consult on behavior presentation and skill acquisition. Additionally, you will participate in treatment team meetings, provide coverage on unstaffed cases, and monitor progress relative to treatment plans.
