Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in behavior healthcare industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associates Degree preferred.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, execute, and break-down staff and client engagement events several times per month.
  • Balance, track, maintain, and report a budget.
  • Provide direct care to adults with chemical dependency problems in the 3C Program.
  • Support the therapeutic milieu.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the clients.
  • Participate in maintaining a recovery environment in the program.
  • Maintain client and program related documentation.
  • Participate in implementing client’s treatment.
  • Accompany and transport clients as assigned.
  • Orient new clients to unit, program and milieu.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly and therapeutic physical environment for clients.
  • Teach the principles and practice of the 12 Step Programs of AA and NA.
  • Carry out clerical and administrative assignments to support client care and program advancement.
  • Participate in developing life skills.
  • Conduct educational and Life Skills groups.
  • Attends and participates in program or clinical administrative meetings.
  • Participates in activities which enhance professional growth and development.
  • Other duties as assigned.
