Establishing community partnerships for meaningful activities, reviewing client support plan goals, and overseeing service level requests are also key responsibilities. The role requires providing direct service to clients as needed and acting as a liaison to community partners and other agencies. The position also involves assisting in developing program manuals and procedures, maintaining the program's waitlist, and providing on-call support to life skills staff. Travel between two sites and community partnerships in a personal vehicle is required.
