About The Position
Need for a Part-Time Federal Program. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Facilitator / Life Skills Instructor to lead structured group sessions focused on personal development, life skills, and goal-setting within a federal program environment at FCI Fort Dix (NJ). This role is ideal for professionals with experience in education, counseling, coaching, or reentry programs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience in: Teaching / education, Counseling or coaching, Workforce development or reentry programs
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with adults in structured environments
- Background in behavioral programs or correctional settings
Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured group sessions (life skills, mindset, personal development)
- Engage and motivate participants in a classroom-style setting
