About The Position
The Life Skills Coach at Bill Wilson Center plays a vital role in supporting youth in transitional housing programs. This position focuses on guiding and instructing foster youth to develop essential life skills, set personal goals, and navigate the challenges of independent living. The coach will provide supervision during the overnight shift and engage with youth to promote self-sufficiency and stability.
