About The Position

This role focuses on leading large-scale supply chain transformations within the life sciences sector. You will design and implement strategies for manufacturing, warehousing, automation, and materials management, helping clients improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance. The position involves conducting workshops, facilitating steering committees, and presenting solutions to senior executives, while managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. You will leverage expertise in warehouse design, automation technologies, and WMS systems to deliver measurable impact. This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role that combines strategic thinking, hands-on implementation, and leadership in complex, multi-workstream programs. The environment is fast-paced, innovative, and centered on transformation excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain and warehousing consulting, preferably in life sciences
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with tier 1 or tier 2 WMS solutions
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale supply chain transformations, including business case development and roadmap execution
  • Strong understanding of warehouse automation, robotics, and operational training
  • Exceptional client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience influencing C-suite executives and senior stakeholders in a consulting or advisory capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives, including strategy, roadmaps, and business cases
  • Assess current-state operations and define future-state solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Conduct client workshops, steering committees, and executive presentations
  • Provide thought leadership on warehouse design, robotics, automation, and advanced technologies
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and client expectations
  • Drive change management and adoption of new supply chain processes and systems
