You’ve got the know-how to help our biopharmaceutical and/ or biotechnoloy clients design, build and deploy solutions to help them get the right therapies to patients faster. The Work (Role Responsibility): Help clients, and other organizations in the broader healthcare ecosystem, get the right therapies to patients faster Assess and improve R&D processes and their underlying technology platforms Provide R&D technology subject matter expertise in areas such as EDC, CDMS, RIM, etc Advise clients on how they can shape the next generation of technology capabilities to become data-driven, AI enabled organizations Typical projects consist of definition of a IT roadmap, assessment of current technology footprint and/ or design and implementation of R&D systems to achieve a desired future state. Build relationships with client stakeholders that help Accenture become a trusted partner Coach junior team members Spot and pursue business development opportunities Develop Accenture’s thought leadership in sales, marketing, and customer experience Here’s What You Need: At least five years of experience in technology consulting and the life sciences R&D industry in at least one of the following areas: research, clinical development, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, medical affairs, MD&D (medical device and diagnostics), EBP (evidence based practice), medtech, or related areas such as CRO’s, health institutions, health technology companies, etc. Minimum 3 years of experience leading, consulting for or supporting R&D technology programs for biopharma/ biotech. Requirements
