This is a core office for the firm’s pharmaceutical litigation work, with lawyers regularly handling matters that set precedent and move markets. The role is built for attorneys who want sustained exposure to sophisticated patent disputes and a seat at the table on strategy from an early stage. The Role This position centers on high-stakes patent litigation involving pharmaceuticals and biologics, including: • Hatch-Waxman ANDA litigation • BPCIA disputes • District court patent cases • PTAB proceedings • Drafting and arguing substantive motions • Case strategy, litigation management, and client counseling The team expects associates to operate with judgment, precision, and increasing autonomy.
