Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a mid -level associate into its Life Sciences corporate practice. This is a broad company -side role for a lawyer who wants real reps across the life cycle of growth -stage and public life sciences companies. The position can sit in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley. You should expect to run meaningful pieces of deals, work directly with clients, and handle more than checklist execution. This is not a narrow seat. The practice touches financings, exits, public company work, and day -to -day counseling for serious life sciences clients, with room to build range instead of getting boxed into one product. It is also a strong platform for associates who want better exposure to company -side strategy. You’ll be close to founders, boards, investors, and management teams, and you’ll work alongside lawyers who sit at the intersection of venture capital, capital markets, M&A, and healthcare.
