Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consult with key stakeholders pre-sale and post-sale to ensure alignment with project scope.
- Conduct software implementation and upgrades according to established guidelines.
- Guide clients on best practices to achieve workflow efficiency.
- Lead training sessions for clients during the implementation process.
- Monitor feedback for process improvements and client satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites for installation of software products.
- Maintain a commitment to superior customer service throughout client relationships.
- Resolve project issues or escalate when necessary according to protocols.
- Mentor other Consultants to enhance knowledge across the team.
- Prioritize and organize project tasks for timely completion.
- Complete additional projects as assigned.
