About The Position

The Life Sciences Consultant - Commercial Marketing Capabilities role at Accenture focuses on enabling commercial success for clients in the life sciences sector. Requirements

  • 3+ years of pharma/life sciences experience focused on commercial marketing capabilities and omnichannel operations.
  • 1+ years of experience consulting and supporting the transformation of marketing capabilities across medium to large Pharma/BioPharma programs.
  • Experience in developing deliverables around marketing capability operation model, process design, and transformation tracking.
  • Cross-functional life sciences commercial working knowledge across brand strategy, patient services, market access, and sales.
  • Experience in creating business transformations with alignment across the organization, including change strategy, trainings, and communications.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep expertise in other omnichannel technologies and content creation platforms.
  • Specific therapeutic area expertise.
  • Experience with prototyping/scaling Generative AI capabilities related to marketing.
  • Experience with marketing/content platforms such as Veeva, PromoMats, Adobe AEM.
  • Experience working with client external brand marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to global teams to deliver sales or marketing consulting, readiness, technology rollouts, and operations to Life Sciences clients.
  • Engage in proactive business development to identify solutions and transformation potential for client challenges.
  • Develop content and omnichannel assets, including whitepapers, POVs, and thought capital pieces for publication at least once a quarter.
  • Participate in client delivery teams across strategy, defining operating models and governance, managing change, redesigning processes, writing functional requirements, deploying technologies, and taking remedial steps.
  • Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
