About The Position
As a Life Insurance Specialist at the Steve Bartshe State Farm Agency, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their insurance needs while maximizing your earning potential. This position is designed for individuals who are already in the insurance field and are looking to elevate their career and income. Our agency offers some of the most competitive base salaries and commission structures in the Mid-Michigan area, with top producers earning over $110,000 annually. You will have the opportunity to earn a sign-on bonus after 90 days, based on your experience and performance track record. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for meeting new business production goals and objectives, developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You will also be expected to ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program, treating each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, including financial products. Exceptional customer service and support are paramount, and you will need to excel at relationship building to develop and maintain client relationships. Your daily activities will include cold calling, direct emailing, and performing other lead generation activities. The ultimate goal is to generate new business, which directly impacts your income.
