About The Position

The Life Insurance Specialist at The Auto Club Group is responsible for generating new sales and retaining existing members by promoting life and health insurance products. Requirements

• Current Life Insurance Sales license
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in soliciting and selling life insurance products
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong sales skills and consultative selling techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide high member-focused service
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity products and services

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outside sales
• Familiarity with the AAA brand and its services

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales and retain existing members through multiple product offerings.
• Develop leads and conduct fact-finding interviews to determine coverage needs.
• Prepare proposals and conduct closing interviews for Life and Health Insurance sales.
• Complete applications and follow internal processing procedures for transactions.
• Collaborate with branch staff to maximize leads and sales opportunities.
• Engage in market-based interactions to solicit new business and build customer relationships.
• Assist Underwriting and Brokerage Departments with requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure sound sales practices are used.
• Prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities.
