GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARY The Recruiting Assistant provides operational support to the Life Insurance recruiting team by managing early-stage outreach activities and preparing recruiting leads for follow-up. This role focuses on high-volume, structured outreach and rule-based review of publicly available information to ensure lead accuracy and readiness. The position is a support role and does not involve recruiting judgment, candidate evaluation, or interviews.
