As a Life Insurance Enrollment Specialist, you will guide Canadians through the process of enrolling in Globe Life insurance products — helping them understand their options and take an important step toward protecting their families. Requirements

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain — full support provided)
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently from a remote environment
  • Hardworking, reliable, and eager to grow professionally
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (any background considered)
  • Comfort navigating digital tools and video conferencing platforms
  • Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual enrollment consultations with clients across Canada
  • Educate clients on available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products
  • Complete insurance applications accurately and in compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Verify client eligibility and process enrollment documentation with attention to detail
  • Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders including coverage reviews and policy updates
  • Stay current on Globe Life products, underwriting guidelines, and provincial regulations
  • Track client interactions and enrollment progress in the company CRM
  • Participate in regular team training and group coaching sessions
