The Life Insurance Case Coordinator is primarily responsible for delivering outstanding service and value to our Members by supporting fellow Team Members in performing critical functions as it relates to tracking, issuing and settling of submitted life insurance business. The Life Insurance Case Coordinator must have the ability to become an expert on life insurance underwriting practices and learn how to use custom software applications. This individual will work with medical facilities, vendors, agents, new business professionals and underwriters to gather documents, signatures and other items including but not limited to: attending physician statements, special authorizations, exam and laboratory results, amendments, health statements or questionnaires needed to complete the underwriting process. The Case Coordinator is responsible for assisting in increasing placed ratio results and decreasing average turn-around-time (TAT) on agent sold new business for the purpose of delivering an improved Member experience and increasing revenue to the club.
