About The Position

Principal Responsibilities: Provide service to annuity or life customers who possess a policy by responding to requests via telephone regarding insurance and other financial service products and benefit plans Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy, for example, status of claims, policy provisions, values, basic procedures, etc. Process transactions and fund transfers and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas for processing Efficiently access multiple electronic systems to provide complete response Work at all times to enhance and strengthen the relationship between the customer and our insurance clients Support special campaigns as needed, or if solicited by the customer DXC associates are expected to perform these responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and Quality service skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma is required as minimum degree (diploma needs to be provided)
  • 2 years of Life Insurance and Annuities experience is required
  • Elite customer service experience is required
  • Understanding of insurance products as well as administrative, claims, underwriting and marketing organizations is required
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully completing required background checks and drug screenings, as mandated by client onboarding requirements. Candidates must be willing to comply with all such pre-employment screening processes, and employment is conditioned to successfully clearing all required checks
