Our first-time agents can earn between $75,000 to $150,000 per year, even without prior sales experience. We are looking for individuals who possess a growth and entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, a positive attitude, self-motivation, coachability, a strong work ethic, and alignment with our core values. We are not seeking individuals who prefer a salary or wish to trade their time for money, nor those who are unwilling to invest in their growth and development. To succeed in this position, you will need a laptop/computer with a video camera, high-speed internet, a smartphone, and an insurance license (which we can help you obtain if you're accepted). This position operates on a 100% commission-based structure, and we offer up to $7,000 in cash bonuses and an all-expense-paid trip worth $8,000 based on sales in the first 90 days.
