LIFE Enrollment Specialist is a full-time position based in Indiana, PA, offering a salary plus generous commission. The Healthcare Sales Coordinator is responsible for identifying and enrolling eligible consumers into Senior LIFE through various methods, including public education, community partnerships, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a culturally, socioeconomically, and educationally diverse population.
• Goal-driven with a competitive edge.
• Established healthcare contacts and ability to network in the community.
• Knowledge of appropriate sales and marketing techniques for diverse social and ethnic groups.
• Proven system to efficiently track and trend all leads and sales activity.
• Knowledge and/or experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and available resources.

Responsibilities

• Identify and enroll eligible consumers into Senior LIFE.
• Educate the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program.
• Organize community outreach and promotional activities.
• Cultivate new relationship opportunities to support enrollment growth.
