About The Position
The Life Enrichment Supervisor at Hilltop Community Resources is a vital role responsible for enhancing the quality of life for residents in the Senior Living Communities, specifically at The Fountains. This position focuses on creating and implementing a variety of life enrichment activities that cater to the diverse needs of the residents, promoting a holistic approach to wellness through the seven dimensions: social, intellectual, physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and vocational. The supervisor will lead and facilitate engaging activities, ensuring that residents have opportunities to participate in meaningful and enjoyable experiences that foster community and connection. The Life Enrichment Supervisor will work closely with the Life Enrichment Director to develop comprehensive activity schedules, including monthly calendars that highlight events and outings. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage logistics for activities, such as scheduling entertainment, planning local outings, and coordinating special events. The supervisor will also be responsible for promoting resident participation, communicating event details effectively, and ensuring that all activities are accessible and enjoyable for all residents. In addition to leading activities, the supervisor will play a key role in welcoming new residents, understanding their interests and needs, and integrating them into the community. This position may also involve recruiting and supporting volunteers and staff, as well as managing supplies and decorations for events. The Life Enrichment Supervisor will work a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend and holiday work to accommodate special events and coverage needs. This role is essential in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where residents can thrive and feel a sense of belonging.
