This position is responsible for assisting with life enrichment opportunities and activities for residents in Hilltop's Senior Living Communities. This position assists the Life Enrichment Managers in organizing, promoting, and facilitating comprehensive activities and services that promote healthy, activity-enriched lifestyles for residents utilizing these seven dimensions of wellness: social, intellectual, physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and vocational.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age required.
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License (required).

Nice To Haves

  • De-Escalation Training (preferred).
  • Hilltop's Transportation Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior that align with the values of Hilltop's Assisted Living Community (ALC) philosophy.
  • Carrying out assigned activities safely and timely.
  • Organize and implement ongoing activities for residents in the Memory Care units.
  • Plan and implement various activities for residents, in collaboration with Life Enrichment Managers.
  • Actively participating as a member of the Life Enrichment Department.
  • Coordinating hospitality services for new and current residents.
  • Facilitating and organizing activities in the evenings, weekends, and holidays as requested.
  • Facilitating scheduled fitness classes, adhering to curriculum set forth by the Life Enrichment Director.
  • Transport residents to various planned outings, and/or assist the driver with loading and unloading.
  • Utilize various techniques and tactics to engage residents in daily activities.
