The Life Enrichment Director position requires the employee to plan and supervise the activity program. The program needs to meet the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs and interest of the residents. Why Work with Us? Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CPR certified
  • Food handlers card

Responsibilities

  • Interview each new resident and develop an appropriate plan with measurable goals for each resident.
  • Maintain friendly professional boundaries with residents and staff. Restrict conversations to appropriate topics
  • Plan, organize, implement, and supervise and activity calendar and program that: meets the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs and interest of the residents as well as meets state, federal and facility standards.
