White Oak of Rock Hill is a 141 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from Piedmont Medical Center. The Life Enrichment Director is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive program of activities that enhance the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident, tailored to their individual needs, interests, abilities, and prior lifestyle. This role also manages the volunteer program, supervises Life Enrichment Department staff, and ensures that all recordkeeping and medical documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant with Federal and State regulations, as well as NHC/White Oak Management, Inc. policies.
