In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to connect with residents and positively impact their lives on a daily basis. As the Life Enrichment Director, you will lead the development and oversight of the life enrichment program, which includes planning and coordinating activities that promote health, wellbeing, engagement, and personal growth among residents. Your responsibilities will include organizing, preparing, scheduling, and leading a variety of activity programs that cater to the physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of the residents.
