About The Position

Accura HealthCare of Pomeroy is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. Supporting the Director of Life Enrichment, you will use charismatic energy to actively engage residents to participate in activities that promote wellness within our community. If you're an individual who has experience with group activities and can bring new and fun ideas, we would love the opportunity to work with you!

Requirements

• Excel in time management and ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining an organized schedule.
• Able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, developing, coordinating, and maintaining a program of activities designed to provide mental, physical, and social stimulation for residents.
• Engage residents to participate in activities that promote wellness within the community.
