About The Position

The Marshes of Skidaway Island is seeking a warm, energetic, and organized part time Life Enrichment Coordinator to help create a vibrant, welcoming, and engaging community for our residents. This role supports event planning, resident engagement, and administrative functions—all aligned with our 10 Hospitality Promises and the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. This is a part time position and hours vary with mainly evening and weekend hours to support on campus and off campus events. Requirements

Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)
Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
Valid Georgia driver’s license with a safe driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience in senior living, hospitality, or event coordination preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly events, activities, and fitness classes
Help prepare newsletters, communications, marketing materials, and event calendars
Support event set‑up and break‑down (tables, chairs, décor, equipment)
Provide exceptional hospitality to residents, families, and guests
Assist with transporting residents to on- and off‑campus events or appointments
Maintain organized workspaces, supplies, and equipment
Cross‑train to support administrative and departmental needs
