This role involves working with residents in areas such as Memory Care, Hospice, Rehab-to-Home, and Long-Term Care, so comfort working in a healthcare setting is important. You’ll work mostly day shifts with occasional evenings and rotating weekends, all within a community guided by our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship.
