Requirements
- Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
Responsibilities
- Oversee and approve all Life Enrichment monthly calendars (checking for accuracy, creativity, and fitness)
- Fill in as a Specialist as needed or more around specialist to accommodate Life Enrichment needs
- Observe all LE specialists and assistants conduct programs and give positive and constructive feedback to help the LE department improve and grow
- Collaborates with Director of IL /LE on recommendations for event ideas for all residents and new protocols for LE department
- Collaborates with Coordinator of fitness to ensure all levels of campus are receiving fitness instruction
- Protect the rights and safety of the individual residents including the observance of the San Diego Hebrew Homes Jewish traditions.
