Monarch Landing is recruiting for a Life Enrichment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental, and social well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Life Enrichment department with coordination of ancillary services, assessments, and programs
- Promote a healthy community culture for all residents
- Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents
- Lead daily resident activities per our Community standards
- Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred
Nice-to-haves
- Associate's degree preferred
