About The Position

The Life Enrichment Coordinator at Carriage Crossing Senior Living is responsible for creating and directing activities that enhance the social and educational experiences of seniors. Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with life enrichment activities preferred.
• Compassion for the elderly and sensitivity to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the Resident holistic wellness program, including assessments and training.
• Plan, organize, and implement group and individual social and recreational activities.
• Develop activity calendars and newsletters.
• Train and motivate Care Partners to assist with Life Enrichment activities.
• Supervise all Life Enrichment Partners and Volunteers.
• Observe all work, safety, and administrative rules.
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures.
