About The Position

At our community, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching our residents to live an active vibrant life! This role involves getting to know the residents and helping with the planning and implementation of various programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled. Activities include spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming. The Life Enrichment Assistant will also promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities, participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music, and help organize and run these events. Additionally, the role may involve utilizing social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities and events. Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events, and will also help set up and break down events and activities.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly connect with people and learn about them.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Active Driver's license in good standing.

• Talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
• Creativity in planning and executing activities.
