The Life Enrichment Assistant performs duties involving the implementation of daily activities for stimulating lifestyle programs that meet the physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual interests of Clark Meadows residents. The assistant adjusts their schedule to meet these needs, which includes weekends and evenings. The role focuses on facilitating programs, both group and individual, and community outings for the geriatric resident population, ensuring their personal needs and safety are met. It also involves building enthusiasm for programming, ensuring socialization and activity needs are met through resident interaction, and completing necessary documentation regarding activity preferences, behavior changes, and participation levels. The assistant is expected to maintain activity areas, work as part of a cohesive team, maintain positive working relationships, participate in meetings, and assist with programming in Independent Living as requested.
