Life Enrichment Assistant
About The Position
Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents. In senior living, life enrichment is about more than activities — it’s about connection, purpose, and building community. This role supports the Life Enrichment Director in delivering programs that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead small group activities with confidence
- Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings
- Support resident participation and encourage engagement
- Help prepare activity spaces and materials
- Document participation and assist with reporting as needed
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
- Partner with other departments to support community-wide events
- Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment
