Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with the advanced age, Alzheimer's, and Dementia (preferred)
- Experience in a related field (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Engage residents in meaningful, individualized activities by assisting with planning, adapting programs, and encouraging participation using supportive, therapeutic techniques.
- Ensure resident safety, dignity, and confidentiality while assisting with activities, outings, meals, hydration, and daily household operations.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, volunteers, and care team members, reporting resident concerns and participating in required meetings and trainings.
