Get your earned wages as soon as you want. Job Description The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for facilitating and planning activities for Park Lane's vibrant independent senior community. This involves everything from hosting outings and art classes to working as a team to plan and execute large resident events. Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter.

Requirements

Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter
Food Handlers Permit
Able to move at least 50 pounds, including tables and chair on a regular basis
21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of Park Lane
Observe resident attendance and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident enjoyment are evaluated
Involve the resident/family in planning activity programs when possible
Assist with transportation to and from resident appointments, personal trips, and large outings
