Life Enrichment Assistant Do you enjoy bringing joy and creativity into the lives of others? At American House, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a vital role in creating meaningful moments for our residents through engaging activities, events, and experiences. Requirements
- Experience working with seniors, students, or in customer-focused roles .
- Outgoing, energetic, and creative personality.
- Comfortable with basic technology and scheduling.
- No weekends required!
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead activities that support the Whole Person Wellness Model (intellectual, social, emotional, vocational, and spiritual).
- Create fun programs such as crafts, music, and community outings.
- Use technology (iPad, photos, social media) to highlight resident experiences.
- Welcome and orient new residents, ensuring they feel part of the community.
- Decorate for holidays and seasonal events, adding warmth and cheer to the community.
- Oversee volunteers and represent American House at community events.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong connections with residents and families.
