Life Enrichment Assistant
About The Position

Bridgewater is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant to support engaging and purposeful activities for our residents every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekend hours while making a real difference in a senior living community. What You'll Do Assist with and lead life enrichment activities, events, and programs within the community Encourage resident participation and foster positive, supportive relationships Help facilitate group activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, and social events Provide one-on-one engagement based on resident interests and abilities Support weekend events, special programs, and celebrations Set up, clean up, and organize activity spaces and supplies Work closely with the Life Enrichment team to enhance resident quality of life What We're Looking For A friendly, compassionate, and engaging personality Passion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual with the ability to work every Saturday and Sunday Creativity, flexibility, and a positive attitude Previous experience in senior living, activities, recreation, or caregiving is a plus-but not required Schedule & Compensation Competitive pay of $20/hour (based on experience) Part-time position Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Why Bridgewater?
