If you have compassion for the elderly and enjoy working in a lively, people-focused environment, we would love for you to join our team! 🌟 What You’ll Do As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will help bring joy and meaningful engagement to our residents by: Assisting with daily activities, events, and social programs Leading and supporting activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, celebrations, and group events Spending one-on-one time with residents to ensure everyone has the opportunity for engagement Creating a warm, welcoming, and family-oriented atmosphere Completing one-on-one documentation according to CMS guidelines and regulations (this can be taught) Every day brings something new. One moment you might be calling out numbers during bingo, the next helping a resident paint, dance, celebrate a birthday, or simply share stories from years gone by. 💛 What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be: Compassionate and caring toward the elderly Energetic, friendly, and positive Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and grow A natural people-person who enjoys making others smile Able to complete required documentation A team player who values community, connection, and family Experience in activities, recreation, or healthcare is helpful but not required.
