Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver

Beztak is looking to hire a Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver to join our team. The Life Enrichment Driver is responsible for driving our senior residents to various outings or appointments. This position will also assist our Director of Life Enrichment with coordinating and facilitating activities and events for residents, both inside and outside the community.
Requirements
- High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed
- Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B, with P endorsement
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Driving residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events
- Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities and events to minimize resident solidarity and promote a positive community environment
- Provide administrative duties to support the Life Enrichment team
- Provide event set-up support as needed for activities, concerts, etc.
- Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with maintaining the Transportation Vehicle records.
- Manage driving time and clearly communicate with Life Enrichment Team, Concierge, and Residents.
- Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties.
- Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
- Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills
