The Life Enrichment Aide is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of activities that enhance the quality of life for residents. This role focuses on engaging residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction, physical health, and emotional well-being.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or in recreational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse population.

• Certification in recreational therapy or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing activities for residents.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
