Requirements

Must be compassionate and hard working
Willing to work independently and able to communicate with the geriatric population
Knowledge of the residents needs for activity, organizational ability, manual dexterity and flexibility required

Nice To Haves

Experience with sensory stimulation, recreational therapy, music, and/or creative activities with the geriatric population is preferred
Completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant course or passing the State Nursing Assistant exam for Certification as well as the CNA listing on the State and Federal Registry preferred
Computer skills strongly preferred
