About The Position

Life Enrichment Lead StoryPoint of Mequon Overview: Location: 6751 W Mequon Rd, Mequon, WI 53092 Position: Life Enrichment Lead Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Pay: $17/hour Benefits: Wages on Demand - Daily pay available Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Generous PTO Position Summary: The Life Enrichment Lead is responsible for planning life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior living community. The Life Enrichment Lead will serve as an expert for personal programming for all residents within the community.

Requirements

Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
Compassionate towards the senior population.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team.
Proficient in general computer skills.

Responsibilities

Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
Supports the Life Enrichment Director with administrative tasks as needed.
Complete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
Support in proper setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
Support transportation by attending outings, coordinating relevant administrative tasks, and upholding safety practices.
Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
Provide direction to Life Enrichment support roles (e.g., LEA, Shuttle Drivers) regarding day-to-day activities and responsibilities.
Support functional responsibilities in absence of Life Enrichment Director as needed.
