Requirements

• Experience in assisted living.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementation and supervision of day-to-day social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic individual and group activities.
• Overseeing entertainment and transportation services for residents.
• Achieving occupancy development goals through coordination with management.
• Promoting the community to the general public through innovation and successful planning.
• Conducting on-site visits at least every 45 days for completion of individualized assessments.
• Being available on call as required as per regulatory standards or having a qualified alternate delegating nurse available on call.
• Providing appropriate delegation of nursing tasks.
