About The Position

Life Enrichment Assistant StoryPoint of Novi Overview: Location: 42400 W 12 Mile Rd, Novi, MI 48377 Position: Life Enrichment Assistant Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday; evenings, weekends & holidays required Pay: $16 per hour Driving required; Chauffer's license required within 30 days of employment Benefits: Wages on Demand - Daily pay available Position Summary: The Life Enrichment Assistant assists in planning and performing life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior life connections community.

Requirements

Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
Compassionate towards the senior population.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team.
Proficient in general computer skills.
Driving required
Chauffer's license required within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
Complete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
Support in proper setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
Support transportation by attending outings, coordinating relevant administrative tasks, and upholding safety practices.
Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
