Legend Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to join our team at Windsor Reflections Memory Care in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Requirements

• Current, valid driver's license.
• Driving record (MVR) that meets company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Preferred experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or demonstrated creative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting.
• Coordinating with outside organizations for activities setup and cleanup.
• Ensuring activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Providing oversight of specific life enrichment components as assigned.
• Coordinating transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicles when needed.
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
