About The Position
The Life Engagement Director is responsible for planning and implementing programs and events that enhance the quality of life for residents in a senior living community. This role focuses on creating an Acts Signature Experience (ASE) wellness culture, which encompasses the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of seniors. The director will oversee the operations of all activity departments across various living environments, ensuring that residents have opportunities to engage in meaningful activities that promote life balance.
