About The Position
Embark at Benton is seeking a Life Coach to mentor young males (ages 12 - 17) in a residential treatment program focused on emotional and behavioral healing. Given the needs of our program, we strongly encourage male applicants to apply to serve as positive role models for the young men in our care, however we welcome applications from all qualified candidates and are committed to building a diverse team. This hands on role involves significant physical activity and direct engagement in experiential therapies such as art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and outdoor adventure therapy. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will help create a structured, supportive environment where adolescents can heal and develop essential life skills. Given the physical nature of this role, we encourage candidates who feel comfortable with these demands to apply. Located near the Hiwassee River and Tennessee mountains, our therapeutic wilderness setting provides the perfect backdrop for transformation.
