About The Position

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Life Claims Support Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for the adjudication of life, terminal illness, long-term care, and waiver of premium claims, ensuring an efficient and accurate claims process. Your Impact: Apply knowledge of various insurance carriers’ standards and guidelines when processing claims. Print, prepare, and send requests for claims forms, medical recordsand other correspondence. Accurately enter new claims into the claims database. Monitor the progress of open claims, performing timely follow-ups on outstanding documents. Carefully review documents to confirm completeness and distinguish between original and copy submissions. Research and resolve return mail issues promptly. Navigate and work efficiently across multiple computer system Successful Candidates Will Have: High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic understanding of life insurance concepts. Proficiency with email (Outlook), database research, and accurate data entry/keyboard skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet competing deadlines effectively.
